WBSS Endowment Fund
New Opportunity to Support WBSS!
There is a newly established White Bear Sailing School Endowment Fund through an agreement with the Greater White Bear Lake Community Foundation (GWBLCF). The purpose of the endowment fund is to provide additional long-term revenue for the school’s boats and equipment, and maintaining a high level of leadership staff.
The school’s goal is to raise one million dollars for the Endowment Fund. We are in the initial stage of fundraising. As of summer 2023, initial contributions to the fund by WBSS Board members and others in the sailing community are about $30,000.

Donations may be made to the WBSS Endowment Fund in a variety of ways: online by credit card, by check, or transferring assets such as appreciated stocks.
- Checks should be made out to Greater White Bear Lake Community Foundation or GWBLCF and write “WBSS Endowment Fund” in check memo or a cover letter. Mail it to the GWBLCF at P.O. Box 10626, White Bear Lake, MN 55110
